In 1882, Kintoro Hattori started producing clocks under the name Seikosha. That stands for house of excellent craftsmanship.
In 1969, Seiko launched the first quartz movement that delivered unprecedented precision at the time. In the following years, the innovations kept coming. The first Seiko Kinetic watch was presented in 1988, followed by the invention of the radio-controlled watch in 2005. By continually combining innovation with quality, the brand now enjoys a good name worldwide.

Warranty and Service for a Seiko watch

Seiko's two-year manufacturer's warranty entitles you to free repairs for any problems with the movement, case or metal strap. We take care of the handling with Seiko, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Replace Seiko watch strap or battery
If you have purchased a Seiko watch from us in our store or webshop and the battery runs out within a year, we will replace it free of charge.
If you are looking for a new Seiko watch strap, for example because your old strap is worn out, we can replace it for you in the store.
